KF Core Support System

The Kalil Fab Air Dam & Headlamp Support System is designed to clean up the engine bay of your Toyota Tacoma while delivering serious functional upgrades.

From the factory, Tacoma headlamps are cantilevered off the core support with minimal reinforcement, leaving the plastic housings vulnerable—especially under aggressive off-road conditions. Our system is engineered to eliminate that weak point by redistributing stress into precision-built brackets. The result is improved durability and reduced strain on both the headlamps and surrounding components.

In addition to reinforcing the headlamps, our brackets also secure the grille. The factory push-clip connection is replaced with 1/4-20 grade 8 hardware, tying everything together for a more solid, reliable front-end structure.

For trucks running aftermarket off-road bumpers, the factory air dam is often cut or removed entirely—leaving airflow unmanaged. Our panels restore proper airflow direction, helping maintain cooling efficiency and overall vehicle performance.
